What to do if defective or faulty goods received?

If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please email us immediately at support@printondesign.com and submit images for inspection. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. For the fastest service, please provide the order number (which you will find it on the inner packing) along with your email address.

To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping materials and the damaged items. We do not accept washed or used products for replacement or refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund

Items may be return within 30 days but they need to be new, unworn and unwashed, we will refund in full or an exchange. After 30 days we only will do an exchange of the item and we don’t mind the type of exchange you want, may it be: different size, different color/print, different style or even a different item.

Return rate is paid by the buyer, except if the mistake is on our side… (incorrect item or defective item). All exchanges are shipped out to you free of charge. A return address will be provide to you.

 

As soon as we receive your return item, we will refund within 2 weeks. The whole process from start to finish will take 5 to 10 business days (time to process your return, time your bank takes to process our refund request. Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange with your order number and let us know why the item was not right. We are pleased to help you where we can!

 

 

Cancellation on Orders

In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Be advised that any cancellations requested after 2 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.
